At the start of the relationship we found a beautiful historic listed building that was lacking “some love’. We have now spent the last couple of years working closely with the new managing agent and the board of directors to bring the “love” back to the building. Once again regarded as one of the most prestige addresses in Southampton, the building is looking its best once again.
